Inkjet/Toner Cartridge Recycling

As you may know, inkjet and toner cartridges are filled with toxic chemicals. Yet the percentage of these products that gets recycled is dramatically low. The result-a buildup of hazardous materials in the landfills of the nation (and in the case of waste that gets burned, in the nation's air). The solution-recycle it. The good news-never before has recycling inkjet and toner cartridges been so easy.

Staples and Office Max both offer programs to recycle these old cartridges. Just bring your used cartridges to any Staples or Office Max location and recycling services are available. To find your local Staples or Office Max visit their websites.

If you want to set your business up with a free recycling program for inkjet and toner cartridges as well as PDA's, you might want to contact Lorraine Ship at a Stoughton company called Recycling Donation Center, www.recyclingdonation.com. Be sure to check their "Donation List" on the left side to see that they're taking your cartridges first, and if they are, contact Lorraine Ship at 781-344-1313.
