Resources are provided here for members researching a candidates history of endorsement with the Club, as well as for political candidates seeking endorsement.

Current Endorsements

The Sierra Club has endorsed the following candidates for election in the 2003 Cambridge City Council Elections:

Carole Bellew
Henrietta Davis
Marjorie Decker
Craig Kelley
Brian Murphy
John Pitkin

About the Sierra Club Endorsement Process

Candidates seeking endorsement for a campaign must formally request endorsement by contacting the Massachusetts Sierra Club Political Committee. In most cases, candidates are required to fill out a questionnaire prepared by the Sierra Club which assists the chapter in researching a candidate's voter history (for incumbents) and position on environmental issues.
